Become a Delegate-at-Large

Active-level members in school districts with no local TCTA affiliate may serve as voting delegates-at-large at TCTA's annual convention. Allocation is made on the basis of one delegate per district for each 50 Active members-at-large (or major fraction thereof). If you are interested in being a delegate-at-large at TCTA's 2025 Convention on Feb. 1, please complete and submit this form by Dec. 10, 2024.

TCTA will verify eligibility to serve as a delegate-at-large. Those who qualify will be selected in a random drawing to fill the available slots. Selected delegates will be notified in January 2025. Those not selected may attend convention as a nonvoting member-guest. For more information about being a delegate-at-large, email membership@tcta.org.
