TRS Board approves new HMO rates and benefits

The TRS Board of Trustees approved new premium rates and benefit changes for the HMOs it administers (Baylor Scott and White — Regions 4, 6, 10, 11, 12, and 13; and Blue Cross Blue Shield TX Blue Essentials — Regions 1, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18).
