That's right. For every two new Active-level members you recruit for TCTA, we'll send you $25!
How it works...
Each time you sign up two new Active-level TCTA members, put your membership number in the small box on that person's membership application (located on the upper right-hand corner of the application). We'll keep track of the checked boxes, and you will receive $25 for every two submitted.
So sign them up...
Candidates for Active TCTA membership include all classroom teachers, librarians, counselors, diagnosticians, school nurses, social workers, speech pathologists, and other professional, nonadministrative personnel regularly employed in the public schools of Texas.
The pay-off...
If you sign two Active-level members, you get $25; if you sign four, you get $50; if you sign 10, you get $125! Payments will be processed approximately every 30 days.
Who's eligible to participate...
Current members of the Texas Classroom Teachers Association are eligible to participate.
The fine print...
- A qualifying new member is defined as an individual who has not previously enjoyed the benefits of TCTA membership and who joins in the Active membership category.
- The cash incentive is available and paid only in increments of two members. There is no cash reward for signing one new member. (But, you know that you've done your colleagues a good turn by introducing them to the many benefits of TCTA membership!)
- The contest runs annually from May 1, and ends December 31. All membership forms must be received at TCTA headquarters by that date to be eligible.
- "No Pooling" (e.g., all new Active members in a local affiliate being attributed to one individual, regardless of who actually did the recruitment, is not permitted).
