Coast-to-Coast Vision Plan

This discount plan costs only $12.95 per year (family rate) and gives you a 10 percent to 60 percent discount on prescription eyewear, replacement contact lenses, nonprescription sunglasses and ophthalmology services offered through participating Coast to Coast Vision Plan providers.
