Here are some things to try:
- Make sure you're entering the last name as we have on file at TCTA headquarters. If you have a hyphenated name or have recently changed your last name, we may not have recieved notification of the change. [ Update your information ] Try using your previous name, or if your name is hyphenated try it with the hyphenation or with just the last part of the last name.
- Double check your member number. Your TCTA member number is printed on your membership card, as well as most TCTA correspondence. Also, if you joined online and are using your temporary member id (if your member number starts with 300000), your temporary member id may have been deactivated. If you did not receive a card with your permanent member number, you may use the form below to request a new card be mailed to you.
