of a Student Who Continues Misbehaving
in the Alternative Education Program

Over the past four weeks I have taught Jean in my classroom in the alternative education program. Today Jean started shouting obscenities at another student and then hit the other student in the face. See accompanying
documentation.
Jean's act violated the student code of conduct. Pursuant to Section 37.007(c) of the Texas Education Code, I recommend that
Jean be expelled from school because of her very serious, persistent misbehavior that violates the code.
