Eligibility

• Feb – Mar 2008: districts participate in Spring Technical Assistance workshops.
• Feb. 15, 2008: present draft district award plan to local school board.
• March 3, 2008: Make district plan available for public viewing.
• March 24, 2008: submit district award plan for approval by local school board.
• April 8, 2008: Grant application due to TEA.
• September 1, 2008: program implementation
